This Valentine’s Day, Cattle & Claw is shaking up its typical burger and lobster roll offerings in celebration of the year’s most romantic dinner with a five-course, prix fixe menu featuring dishes that eloquently fuse the crustacean and beef love affair. From the savory Braised Short Rib with polenta to the magnificent filet accompanied by roesti potato & truffle demi, carnivores can indulge in a powerful mix of appetizing flavors. Lobster lovers are in for an insatiable seafood experience with creamy lobster risotto with baby spinach & lobster velouté or the lobster gratin with ruby chard and wild pilaf rice. The dinner is priced at $69/person, gratuity and tax not included.
