With an Asian inspired cuisine and refined French-Mediterranean flavor profile her cuisine reflects a deep commitment to sustainability and seasonal ingredients. She is a frequent patron of local farmers' markets, where she sources the freshest produce to craft vibrant, environmentally conscious dishes.
